PERSON SPECIFICATION Head of Art & DT

Must hold UK QTS

Strong academic background in GCSEs, A Levels and Degree

Ambitious and driven personality

Pro active approach

An advocate for your subject

Able to teach Art & DT to a high calibre, with KS5 teaching experience

Graded good or outstanding in recent lesson observations

Experience of leading a team or managing members of staff ideal
