I am working with a top restaurant group opening an Italian fine dining restaurant in Manchester.
I will focus on fresh pasta and robata grill. We are looking for a talented head chef to run this busy site with a team of 20 chefs and expected covers of over 200 per day.
This is set to be Manchester’s hottest new Italian restaurant!
You will need passion, creativity, leadership, and a love of Italian food!
You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment. Leading a large team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and monitor high standards across the site.
There is seasonal creativity with this role, although reporting to the group executive chef there will be some menu input. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known group - Apply today!
This would suit a head chef that has at least 3 years’ experience in premium restaurants, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in Italian cuisine. Apply today!
