Group Finance Director in Brandesburton

Are you an experienced Finance Director that is looking to move to a growing business and manage the senior finance function for the group? We are delighted to be working with a manufacturing business in the East Yorkshire area who are looking for a new Group Finance Director to drive the financial strategy for the business and its subsidiary companies. What the Finance Director job involvesAccurate preparation of management accounts, financial reports and statements along with accurate commentary. Review any financial risks and compliance standards. Implement financial strategies to support growth plans. Manage and inspire the finance team, encouraging high standards of work and continuous improvement. Work with senior leaders across the business to partner with them on strategic decision making, financial insights and reports. Reviewing cost efficiencies to enhance profitability. Support with the implementation of a new ERP IFS system. Skills requiredACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. Knowledge and experience of IFRS15 is essential. Knowledge of IFRS2, IFRS9 and IFRS16 and foreign exchange would be beneficial. Advanced Excel user for analysis of reports. Experience of working within Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction or similar industry.
