Group Communications Manager in London

Ellwood Atfield is delighted to be partnering with ABF Sugar to find a Group Communications Manager (internal communications).

ABF Sugar, part of the Associated British Foods plc group, operates across 21 plants in 9 countries, employing over 35,000 people, working hard to ensure that whilst they are a global business, they effectively operate on a local level.

In this exciting role, you will report into the Chief of Staff, supporting on the development and implementation of the communications strategy, including identifying target audiences, highlighting key success stories, crafting key messages, and building and managing new internal communications channels and cascade, amplifying the CEO’s and key executive’s voices within ABF Sugar.

Knowledge of external communications channels and crisis management is important, although our businesses retain responsibilities for their own external messaging.
