This newly Group Accountant will form a key part of the Finance team for a rapidly growing Asset Management firm paying £100,000 to £120,000 depending on experience and currently operating a hybrid approach with a Discretionary bonus. Located in the west end.

Role

This Group Accountant Role will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the Finance Director put in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

  • Involvement in Consolidation process of annual Budgets and Group activities
  • International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and its complexity calls for a knowledge of almost all the existing range of IFRS/IAS standards.
  • Major GAAP systems (UK GAAP or US GAAP) and a willingness to study IFRS will be sufficient.
  • the Group, of multi-currency consolidation and concepts of fair value
  • The Group uses the market-leading Microsoft Dynamics Business Central financial consolidation software and its related database for extraction and reporting.

    The Group Accountant Role for this Financial Services Consultancy Firm is ideally looking for.

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with at least 4 years in a similar role
  • Someone who's got exposer to large Group entities- business currently has 40 live entities!
  • Someone who's happy to work in a consolidation focused role.

    Salary & Benefits

    Salary is bench marked between £100,000 - £120,000 depending on experience. Additionally, there is a Discretionary bonus and hybrid working on a hybrid office, bonus, standard pension, private medical and also free Lunch in the office!
