Teaching Personnel are partnered with several exceptional Secondary Schools based in Wigan and are hiring multiple highly motivated graduates to work with students aged 11-16.

- Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant - Location: Wigan- Duration: Full-time/Part-time.

Immediate start or September 2024.

Responsibilities:Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing student behaviour.

Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Help students with special educational needs or those requiring additional support.

Supervise students during class, breaks, and extracurricular activities.

Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to monitor student progress and address concerns.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.  

Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.  

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
