You'll be provided with excellent opportunities for engaging work and career progression.The Geotechnical Engineer role offers:A top salary (£26,000-£30,000).Enhanced company pension.Exciting company benefits.Industry leading training where required.Continued Professional Development encouraged.Extensive room for career progression and expansion.The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be:Assisting with site walkovers.Carrying out site/ground investigations.Soil and rock logging.Preparing phase plans and carrying out phase 1 Desk Studies.Write factual and interpretive reports.Working on in situ testing.Training and assisting junior team members.The Geotechnical Engineer selected will therefore have a minimum of a BSc in geology, engineering geology, environmental science or a relevant subject (MSc preferable), have prior experience as a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineer/ engineering geologist and have an ability to show enthusiasm for working outdoors in a hands on role.
