We're on the lookout for an experienced Muti-unit leader, who's ready to take the reins of not one, but four venues –
In addition to being a locals and holiday makers favourite, we are famous in the area for our outdoor festivals style activities throughout the year. These big external events not only raise the profile of our businesses but also benefit the Weymouth community as a whole.
We are looking to recruit a General Manager who already has multi-unit experience or somebody who is at the stage in their career that will find this role as an opportunity to move in to a multi-unit management position. As this role is about working on the business as much as in it, you’ll have a settled and secure team to lead and a Management Team to guide, bringing their unique strengths to the table, ensuring the businesses trades to its full potential whilst staying “Safe & Legal” at all times.
You’ll be eager to showcase your skills as a strategic thinking, sales and events planning guru, a leader of teams and a commercially minded decision maker. This role comes with a great deal of autonomy when it comes to sales driving, we want you to push the envelope and consistently try new ideas and events to generate great reasons to visit.
This is a flagship business for Stonegate Group, and a proven gateway to further progression in to an operations role if that is your chosen path.
