The Role
As a GeneralManager you will manage the day-to-day operation of our centre, which includes:
- Creating aculture of excellent customer service
- Driving thebusiness growth through local promotions and central product delivery
- Developing an annualbusiness plan with the Regional Manager focusing on growth and financialtarget.
- Creating aprofessional environment with training, appraisals, fair management and supportteam operations and strategy execution.
Skills YouNeed
- A minimum of 2years’ experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure orhospitality, whilst leading and developing large teams
- Experience inoptimising revenue and overall business performance
- Full ofdetermination, enthusiasm, and patience
- Fully flexibleand highly adaptable to change
