The Job Role
- A General Manager to lead a busy gastro pub style venue
- To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
- A General Manager to take full P&L responsibility
- A general Manager developing a high-performing and motivated team
- A General manager that can lead from the front and push the business future forward
The Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
- Experience with managing large teams is a must
- A General Manager that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- The successful General Manager will have similar experience in a Gastro Pub style venue.
- An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
- A General Manager that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
