I am looking for an experienced General Manager with great business offering a great product, a lovely site that needs the General Manager to come in and build this operation up, seasonal food and great cocktails and wine!

This group in a collection of key sites in London, service focused bars and venues, Manchester and SW England!

They have exciting growth plans and are keen to meet people who want to grow with them!

A love of good food and drinks is a key element to this role!

The Ideal General Manager….

• Will have 4 years General Manager experience
• Experience in a venue taking £25/35,000 net plus a week
• CAN LOOK AT THE HOLES AND FIX AND FILL THEM
• Excellent cocktail and wine knowledge
• Financial understanding and excellent
• Keen to grow in a vibrant company
