The Ideal General Manager
- General Management experience, 3 years, within London
- Overseeing a business hitting £40,000 plus
- Managing a team of 30 plus, dealing with all the recruitment and HR issues on site
- Local marketing and sales growth
- The whole 360 of a General Management responsibility
- Passion for cocktails, drinks and a strong awareness of food
- Able to think on your feet but also take strong direction
