We're on the hunt for a General Manager to join our well-established casual dining restaurant chain in the heart of London.Renowned for its great reputation and buzzy atmosphere, this role is packed with a lot of potential! As the General Manager, you'll not only oversee daily operations but also drive the launch of new concepts, food, tech, and more.You'll get to trial everything before it hits the floor, provide crucial feedback to leadership, and assist in crafting training materials.It's a key position for an enthusiastic General Manager in London who has experience in a similar position!

- Trial new concepts, food, tech, and more before rollout, providing crucial feedback to leadership.
- Drive sales and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Lead a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial targets, upholding brand standards for outstanding quality and consistency in food, service, and ambiance.
The successful candidate
- The General Manger will have experience within trialing new concepts.
- Experience within a casual dining restaurant brand or similar in London.
- Demonstrates a commanding presence and vibrant personality.
- Exhibits strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
