General Manager in London

An opportunity has become available to join the team as a General Manager Hyde Park Barracks in Central London.

Reporting to the Area Director, this role is accountable for the delivery of catering, hospitality and cleaning services at the site.

Our ideal candidate will be operating at site general manager level or equivalent in a fast paced, busy retail, leisure, contract catering or hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of the business area commercial and financial performance
• Executing operational delivery to agreed plans company standards
• Delivering an exceptional service to our client and customers and positioning Aramark as a strategic partner
• Managing and leading the onsite team to achieve great results.
• Delivering contractual requirements and ensuring adherence to the company’s contractual responsibilities and internal quality procedures including all safety requirements, management reporting, development, budget, forecasting and financial control

Key Requirements:

• Delivering exceptional customer and client service
• Operating at site general manager level or equivalent in a fast paced, busy retail, leisure, contract catering or hospitality business
• Successfully managing a P&L
• Client management experience in a service delivery commercial environment
• Ability to manage cross functional relationships in a matrix environment.
• Managing a team in a result driven environment with proven commercial experience
• Leading a team to success
