    Be At One Liverpool Seel Street is situated on the bustling Concert Square, a hub for all parties.

    This Be At One is a single bar operation with a fantastic garden space. The venue is popular with students & industry, and is a hotspot for hen nights, birthdays & other celebrations.

    We're looking for...

  • A passion for mixology  - a love of all things cocktails and the ability to pass your knowledge onto the team
  • Charismatic leadership  - lead, inspire and motivate our bar team, creating a work culture that's as enjoyable as our cocktails

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
  • Effectively manage pre-booked sales, ensuring seamless execution of private events and parties while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

    We are looking for an experienced General Manager with at least 2 years experience in a cocktail led venue. They must be comfortable with financial planning and have a keen focus on people.
