Our client’s pub, located in the picturesque village of Bicester, offers hearty food, 13 unique rooms, and an expansive garden terrace. They are searching for an experienced General Manager to lead their exceptional team.

About the Role:

As General Manager, you will oversee overall management, P&L, and compliance. You will lead and motivate your team to maintain the highest standards, ensuring guests leave happier than when they arrived.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve key measures of sales, profit, guest reputation, and team retention.

Conduct regular stock control and usage report analysis.

Create and maintain a motivated team, ensuring talent development and succession.

Recruit, onboard, and develop team members for high performance.
