The Job
Going forward our clients believes this is not only a job it is part of a highly thriving growing community and requires a new GM to build on that growing regular engagement, This remit is a great remit and opportunity for a Gm wanting to try and develop new in house development as part of being fully responsible for running a highly established business that has a very good standing within the local community. Going forward under the new Leadership we are looking for this new General manager to continue to push forward this venue as a great place to meet, eat stay or work. As part of the appointment, there will be a full management induction and handover in line with the new appointment needs and requirements
The Person
Ideally, we are looking for an established General or Deputy General Manager from a similar background or indeed we would consider a Restaurant and Bar Manager !!! This appointment is not only about knowledge, experience, and skill it is also about a way of life that is community focused. Applying candidates might well be from an existing environment that unfortunately owing to recent trading have found themselves having to look externally or indeed individuals now at a crossroads looking for a new challenge. Applying candidates must hold full accredited licencing qualifications such as PLH (Personal Licence Holder) Certificate and be able to highlight a structured and sustainable career background to date.
The Rewards
