 We are looking for a talented General Manager  to lead the team at The Crown Hotel, Boroughbridge.  Recently refurbished with a leisure club and function room, coffee shop and high quality fresh food restaurant this hotel is at  the heart of the local community, serving both the local area, tourists and business guests.  Located close to the A1 but  near to  York and all the delights of North Yorkshire, this a great opportunity for someone to further develop the business. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced in hands on hospitality management- this is not an office job!
  • Can inspire, lead  and develop a team
  • Experience as an Operations or General Manager in a quality food and beverage operation 
  • Financial understanding, experience working with P&Ls, sales and labour budgeting
  • Drive recruitment, team development, engagement and communication
  • Develop sales and deliver on financial targets
