Based at our offices in Clapham, near Settle.

Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT) is a small charity doing big things for people, landscape and wildlife in the Yorkshire Dales.

Over the last 25 years we have delivered diverse and inspirational projects. Our vital work has helped to plant 1.5 million trees and secure the future of over 800 hectares of wildflower hay meadows, creating habitats for our wildlife and combatting climate change. Were passionate about inspiring disadvantaged groups and future generations to care for this special part of the world.

Our ambitious fundraising strategy has enabled us to grow and maintain our annual voluntary income above £1m. We are committed to providing the highest level of stewardship to our supporters, inspiring them to continue to support our work.

About the role

As Fundraising Administrator you will be the first point of contact for supporters, helping to provide the best service and communications to our loyal individual supporters and partners. So, youll need to be a confident communicator with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.

This is a varied and busy role youll manage communications with supporters and maintain our customer database as well as processing orders and donations and maintaining financial records. Youll need plenty of enthusiasm, good attention to detail and the confidence to work independently, sometimes within tight deadlines.

You'll also have the chance to help develop products for our shop and organise supporter events.

About you

We're looking for someone who is passionate about our work, with experience of providing excellent customer service over the phone and face to face. You will also be a real team player with strong organisational and IT skills able to support the fundraising team to effectively deliver a wide range of fundraising and marketing activities.
