Posted byResearch Associate at Leverton SearchOur client, a respected emerging markets equities house, is looking for a bright and motivated candidate to join their Operations team, particularly focusing on their fund admin. This is a broad role across back and middle office operations, and would be great for a candidate looking for responsibility. Previous relevant experience is essential. Monitoring the Order Management System, Valuation and Performance Measurement System, Pricing, Positions, Index, and static data NAV Calculations and reporting Monitoring of trade execution allocations to broker and oversight of outsourced settlements monitoring, as well as reporting on performance andpliance. Liaise with broker(s), custodians, and third-party administrators to resolve queries in a timely fashion Corporate action, Proxy voting and Class Action administration Supporting teams across the business with operational projects Ad hoc projects that focus on change improvements and efficiencies Must have 2-3 years experience with in operations, specifically fund administration. Ability to work well in a small team Pro-active and independent Able to work well under pressure and prioritise multiplepeting tasks and huge attention to detail. Must have strong excel skills Looking to build a long term career in Operations, in a supportive and friendly environment
