The role:

We are looking for an amazing Front-end Developer to join our team.

We are a high-performance team that values integrity and determination.

We need a Developer who is familiar with front-end web application development in HTML5, CSS and Javascript, along with React.

Responsibilities:

• The Front-end Developer will co-work on the development of the front-end of Cera’s CRM.
• Work on the development of Cera’s public website.
• Ensure the public website performs well in various browsers at all times.
• Ensure the public website is optimised and performs on various platforms at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the remote Development team - Based in The Czech Republic and The Netherlands.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to implement any ideas / suggestions / changes for the front-end website.
• Have regular contact with team members to generate ideas and offer insightful solutions to resolve any problems.
• Meet tight deadlines with a cool head.
• Increase client conversion and Ops team efficiency based on successful front-end development.
• Develop prototypes for new innovative ideas.
• Ensure brand compliance and development is in line with branding guidelines across the front-end website.
• Delegate implementation of front-end change / development to the remote and UK-based teams through clear communication and prioritisation.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience as a Front-End Developer, ideally in a start-up.
• Must have experience in HTML5, CSS and Javascript.
• Have strong familiarity with ReactJS.
• Ability to work well both autonomously and as a part of a team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• A drive to learn new technologies.
• Excellent coding and digital development abilities.
• Github.com, Gitlab.com, or bitbucket.org account with publicly accessible repositories.
• Demonstrable design skills bonus
