About the role:  

An opportunity has arisen for a Food Service Assistant to join our established team at our City of Oxford College.

Working in a busy College environment you will need to be passionate about delivering great customer service to our staff and student customers.

You'll be responsible for the day to day operations of the Catering Outlet, basic preparation of foods and customer service.

You'll assist with restocking, deliveries, rotation and presenting our space to the highest standard.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 25 hours per week during term-time (0.

57 FTE).

What do you need to be successful in this role?

The right candidate will have customer service experience, ideally in the hospitality sector, a basic food hygiene certificate or willingness to train, learn and develop.

Work experience in food service/sales and additional catering/hospitality qualifications would be desirable.

We will support with attaining a food hygiene certificate at intermediate level.
