Financial Reporting Manager in Wakefield

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Financial Reporting Manager for a multi-national manufacturer with a UK Head Office based in Wakefield. This varied role will expose the successful candidate to a wide range of financial reporting while also working closely with the Senior Leadership team.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Director and working on a hybrid basis, duties and responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager will include:

• Manage and oversee the UK Group's closing cycle, for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
• Line Management of the UK Accounting Control team, as well as manage the transactional team
• Lead the financial audit for both Group and Statutory, liasing with the Group's auditors

The Candidate

To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• 2+ years post qualification experience
• Working experience of Corporation tax, VAT & payroll taxes
• IFRS experience

Salary & Benefits

In return, the successful Financial Reporting Manager will receive the following:

• £50,000 - £62,000 base salary
• 25 days holidays
• Hybrid working patterns from the Wakefield office
• 12% pension contribution
