Financial Controller in Swindon

Robert Half are exclusively recruiting a newly created Financial Controller role on a permanent basis with a growing SME based in Swindon.

This role offers scope to develop and build a team, implement controls and processes and support the business as they grow.

We are looking for an ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant with experience of leading a team and working in an SME.

The role

The Financial Controller will support the CFO, partnering closely with them.

You will oversee the day to day running of the finance team, and will be pivotal in supporting the business as they grow.

This role would suit a forward thinking, solutions orientated individual with proven leadership experience.
