Financial Controller in Chedington

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance leader with strong people management experience, to manage the day-to-day financial operations across the Group.

Your responsibilities will include:Managing a team of 9 people across FinanceCarrying out staff training and developmentActing as the financial right-hand to the CFOProviding real time and reliable financial information to support the management of the GroupReviewing procedures and carrying out process improvementsThe ideal candidate will have in-depth VAT experience, as well as preparing inter-company accounts and setting budgets for numerous entities within a Group company.
