Finance Officer in London

Cedar is recruiting a Finance Officer to join a busy Housing Association in London for a 9-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide support to Senior Accountants and cover accounts payable duties where necessary. Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum pro rata'dLocation: LondonWorking Pattern: Hybrid 1-2 days in the office per weekResponsibilitiesProvide day to day finance support to senior members of the finance teamOversee the general ledger, treasury, cashflow forecasting, bank reconciliations, journals and the cashbook. Responsibility for all transaction processes suggesting and implementing improvements.Act as the first point of contact for the business in relation to finance queries and encourage engagement. RequirementsAAT Qualified or Part-Qualified CCABStrong technical accounting ability.Excellent communicator, confident in dealing with senior members of staffGood understanding of all transactions processesPrevious experience working in a Housing Association is advantageous but not essential
