Finance Officer in Ellesmere

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Finance Officer for a large organisation in Cheshire , on a temporary ongoing basis for a minimum of minimum of three months initially, with a potential to go longer or permanent.

Location: Cheshire, Ellesmere Port

Salary: £20.

31 Per Hour / £39,076 Per Annum

Contract: Temporary Ongoing – 3 months initially

The Role:

• Provide advice and support to senior managers in the preparation of Directorate plans, capital program, revenue budgets and overall performance
• Co-ordinate the monitoring of in year performance against capital and revenue budgets and key performance measures
• Prepare, collate and analyse appropriate financial and non-financial management information for Service and corporate managers, including analysis of historic trends and future projections
• Undertake, under the direction of senior managers, Service reviews, special investigations and projects to ensure that inefficiencies, performance and budget variances and irregularities are investigated and reported

The Successful Candidate:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent. (Essential)
• CCAB Qualification or a Relevant Business/Performance qualification. (Desirable)
• Demonstrable post-qualification experience. (Essential)
• Proven track record of conscientious application and technical reliability. (Essential)
