Finance Manager in Loughborough

My client is an established, and profitable, Manufacturing business based in Loughborough, seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a team of 5 (X2 Credit Controllers, Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant, and Purchase Ledger Clerk)
• Producing the monthly management accounts and sales analysis reports
• Reviewing and analysing KPI's and variance reports for the business and departments
• Preparing budgets for departments and the company
• Supporting the FD with the year-end audit process
• CAPEX analysis
• Ensuring that all statutory filing requirements are submitted in a timely manner
• Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and the board
• Payroll
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciling and posting journals
• Assessing monthly accounts to reduce mispostings

The successful Finance Manager will have:

• Management experience
• Live within a commutable distance to Loughborough
• End-to-end accounting experience
• Part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), Qualified, or Qualified by Experience
