Finance Manager in London

Simpson Judge is currently collaborating with a real estate investment firm looking for a Finance Manager to join there team based in central London.

This position collaborates with a team of dedicated professionals, driven by the ambition to challenge the conventions of traditional real estate, and provides an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping achieve their financial goals and objectives.

As the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of the investment projects and working closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and analysis that supports strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities are likely to include:

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts aligned with company goals for real estate projects
• Ownership of month end reporting for multiple entities
• Consolidation of monthly submissions and delivery of budgets
• Leading year end audit
• Evaluate potential acquisitions through financial analysis
• Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to financial strategy development

Requirements include:

• ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) with 1+ years PQE
• Trained in practice with a relevant finance background
• 2nd Time mover (desirable)
