This is a fantastic opportunity for a practice trained accountant to secure a first move into industry or a career progression opportunity for an industry based practice trained accountant. The role is No.2 to the head of finance.The salary band is £45,000 - £55,000 with career progression to financial controller.We are looking to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager to join the growing finance team and assist with team management, accounts preparation, staff training and process implementation and improvement.Responsibilities will include:Overseeing a team of four finance assistants to produce management accounts for several limited companies in the group.Group consolidation.Implementation of new processes in preparation for the group's first year audit.Training and supervision of junior staff.Liaising with team managers throughout the business to resolve queries.Payroll reporting.
