Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Ideally a 2nd time mover or a commercially experienced AccountantCertified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Certified AccountantRelevant Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)Demonstrated expertise in managerial reportingProficient in the preparation of UK statutory accounts, although limited in the role1/3 of the role Month End, rest being commercially focusedExceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in ExcelKnowledgeable about UK corporate taxes and VAT regulationsFamiliarity with property transaction processesDemonstrates a proactive attitude, embracing change eagerlyDisplays curiosity and a desire for continuous learningSharp attention to detail, capable of conducting initial reviews of team outputsSome exposure to system implementation would be beneficialAble to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously under tight deadlines.
