Reporting into our Finance Manager Jacky Rosetta  , we’re looking for a Finance & Stock Analyst to join the team.

The person within this role will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the solar department, ensuring accurate cost and margin reporting. They will be responsible for any financial related task of the department from invoicing to payment collections. They will review and validate 3rd party invoices and challenge where appropriate. This will also involve weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting. 

The person within the role will also be responsible for stock management and ensuring tracking of deliveries & stock across multiple sites.

• Oversees inventory and manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Monitors demand and analyses data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency or any other issue to Delivery Manager.
• Become the financial controller for Solar which includes but not limited to;
• Controls day to day income / expenditure of the department.
• Manage 3rd party financial relationships which includes reviewing, validating and paying invoices.
• To provide reporting of margin performance.
