The successful candidate will oversee the installation, commission, and demonstration of machinery, as well as carrying out repairs and servicing on a programmed or breakdown basis.What’s on Offer? * Competitive salary (£28k - £30k, dependent on experience) * Pension Plan * Company Vehicle * Excellent career progressionYou will be required to travel across the whole of the UK to service the company’s customer base.Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer: * Keeping an up-to-date database of service/repair work and customers details * Organising and maintaining Work Sheets or reporting * Scheduling Internal/External Customer visits/work * Keeping existing customers of planned site visits up to date * Helping with urgent response customers’ requests * Learning New Product lines and maintaining product knowledgeSkills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in a technical role be it print, embroidery, sewing or other electromechanical areas. * Good customers service approach * Good working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Graphics * Well organised, good telephone mannerWhat’s Next?If you have a knowledge and passion to be successful in this Field Service Engineer position, we would love to hear from you.
