Experienced in face to face cold calling is a must.ABOUT US - Field Sales Representative:Our Company specialises in the loss assessing services within the fire and flood insurance sector. Due to our reputation and demand for our services, we are looking to expand our sales team.ABOUT THE ROLE - Field Sales Representative:As a Major Incident Sales Consultant, on a daily basis your time will mainly be spent visiting potential clients at their home and advising them about the Companies services, building a rapport with them and selling a service package suited to their needs on a face to face basis.Covering: Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire, Wakefield, Sheffield and surrounding areasTHE PACKAGE - Field Sales Representative: * Basic Salary of £25k per annum, OTE 75K * Car allowance of £400 per month extra or Company car if you prefer * Separate fuel allowance * Mobile phone and laptop provided. * Monday to Friday with weekend on a rota basis every other weekYou also must have - Field Sales Representative: * a natural ability to make friends with people * a proven track record in sales * a whatever it takes attitude * a drive that does not quit * resilience, and be able to handle rejection and pick yourself back up * the ability to organise your time and prioritise to meet your targets * a real passion for making moneyResponsibilities * To visit vulnerable clients * Get the client on board with the company * Explain to the client what the loss assessor does * To travel to different areas * Wait for leads to be sent to you * Visiting potential clients * Advice on the company services * Sell a service package based on their individual needsYou will be expected - Field Sales Representative: * To work the hours necessary to meet your targets * To meet the challenge of the role head on * To be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative * Saturdays and Sundays are classed as normal working days but you will have 2 days off a week
