As a highly valued member of our Home Care Team in Guildford youll use your experience to actively and positively support our Care Assistants and ensure the smooth running of our award winning services.

Youll be

Proactive assessing clients care plans & keeping records are accurate
Liaising communicating closely with colleagues
Supportivesupervising Care Assistants & supporting their development
Responsible providing care to clients when required

Youll need

Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions
An understanding of person-centred care & support provision
Excellent communication & strong teamwork skills
Experience in supervising & coordinating staff
IT literacy
Patience, compassion & a positive attitude
A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
The ability to prioritise & multitask

A driving licence & access to a vehicle
