Job DescriptionService Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Support Worker with Oldham CouncilOldham Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities:Completing short breaks assessments and reviews of current short breaks packagesCompleting carers assessments and support plansCompleting home visits to children and their familiesWorking in a multi-agency manner with other professionals including health and educationCompleting direct observations and visits to children in schoolRequirements:Experience working with families and childrenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a multi-agency environmentExperience in completing assessments and support plansAbility to work independently and manage own workloadAPPLY NOW - Send your CV to John… Why Service Care Solutions?
