You will be responsible for overseeing facilities maintenance works across the hotel, which will include an initial training period before supervising a small team of facilities technicians and sub-contractors. This will still be a hands-on role, and there will be opportunities to develop your skillset and gain qualifications across the core trades.This role would suit someone with a hands on facilities maintenance background looking to progress and advance in their career, with a highly stable business that will reward the hard work and dedication of its employees.The Role:Overseeing property maintenance, repair work, and compliance across a hotel buildingWill still be a hands-on role, with a mixture of managerial and hands-on facilities maintenance workStandard working week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
