Someone who thrives on managing a high workload, able to multitask and be flexible in executing required tasksYour Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the Goods Bay office and ensuring that all site facilities are running smoothly, ensuring high standards across the site at all times.Supporting the Reception - Including answering SwitchboardSupporting Courier delivery - in and out servicesEnsuring cost effective delivery of all services to the client.Providing cover to the wider Facilities management team when required including covering Mail Room DutiesTransportation of items to the client within the building.Setting up any meeting room requestsAdhoc requirements such as setting up the meeting rooms for events if neededSupport any reasonable requirements to meet business needs/Prioritize when required.Ensuring the office is maintained, damages are reported to the Facility ManagerCheck facilities related stock is replenished.Have an understanding and appreciation of health and safety regulations, and the ability to apply these practically and effectively.Providing administrative support to the department, as required, including finance tasks and reports.Key AccountabilitiesOwnership of site Mail, delivery and Porterage requirementsSupervision of Subcontractors and Compliance of all QHSE RequirementsProvide support to the Facility Manager with oversight of wider soft services functions of the FM teamInterested? contact (url removed)Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
