What you'll be doing

⦁    Inspecting office and meeting rooms daily to ensure they are ready for next working day⦁    Setting up rooms for meetings and rearranging furniture⦁    Greeting at reception and being first point of call for our clients ⦁    Interacting with clients and serving food and drinks⦁    Use of client systems⦁    Daily cleaning duties⦁    General porter duties

Experience

⦁    Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner⦁    Good interpersonal and organisation skills⦁    Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team⦁    The ability to communicate effectively, both over the telephone and face to face⦁    Cleaning Experience⦁    Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
