Role Overview: We are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in England or Wales with management experience and a passion for mentoring.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on guiding junior staff and shaping them into future leaders of the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance our legal services, ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring rapid progression and high standards of client satisfaction.
• Actively contribute to the company's transition into an SRA-regulated ABS.
