What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for being the main point of liaison for the Hotel Manager during their day. This will include coordinating their diary, representing the Hotel manager to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience as an Executive Personal Assistant is essential
  • Previous experience in Hotel Operations is preferable, but not essential

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You will have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
