Our client is looking for someone who will be an excellent, collaborative team member in a PE firm.
You must have 8-10+ years of C-Suite executive level administrative support experience in both a business and personal support capacity, and you must be used to the 24/7 nature of an all encompassing support position.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Founder’s complex diary and professional schedule requiring extensive people management.
The role will include working on business and some personal matters.
The role will require liaising with an extensive network, including across the company and also with personal staff in multiple countries.
At times you will be required to travel with the Founder and when you’re in the UK, your working hours will reflect his location whether it be in Europe, the US or further afield.
Key responsibilities Extensive diary management, setting up and handling meeting schedules and acting as a point of contact for all related matters Ensure the principal’s complex transport schedule runs smoothly with adequate time between meetings and that he has all the correct papers in advance Managing substantial email and information flow in a timely and accurate manner Substantial and complex luxury travel management both commercial and private flight and travel arrangements including sourcing new destinations and hotels as well as devising itineraries Making recommendations on and organising restaurant bookings, entertainment and gift giving Managing the principals daily time keeping and movements to ensure an orderly day Organise and maintain secure filing of all papers related to the principal Experience Minimum of 8-10+ years’ experience working for at CEO level, ideally in an investment firm or family office environment in a fast moving context where high levels of professionalism, discretion and efficiency are required Extensive personal support experience Comfortable and experienced at dealing with senior business leaders and important people and their assistants and staff Must demonstrate outstanding organisational and time management skills Experience operating with multiple diverse stakeholders Good judgement and prioritisation skills and used to taking initiative on tasks and delivering an outcome Excellent MS office / excel / general IT skills Package Base salary c.
