Executive Assistant Job Overview: The Executive Assistant is a key figure ensuring effective interaction between the management and all structural units of the International Business Academy Consortium.

Contract Management : Preparation and revision of contractual documents, ensuring their compliance with legislation and corporate standards.

Database Management : Ensuring the relevance and reliability of the company's information resources, and data analysis for decision support.

Educational Institution Interaction : Developing partnerships to implement educational programs and projects.

Event Participation : Representing the company, products, and services at industry events, and expanding business contacts.

Government Interaction : Maintaining dialogue with regulatory and supervisory bodies, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Office Work and Document Management : Organizing work processes, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports and presentations.

Social Media and Website Management : Content development, monitoring, and analyzing the effectiveness of online campaigns, ensuring active audience engagement.

Qualifications: Higher education (preferably in management, marketing, economics, or related fields).

Experience in a similar role or in project management, sales, and marketing is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Flexibility, adaptability to changes, and the ability to learn quickly.

Proficiency in English – native level.

Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian – fluent conversational level.
