Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.

Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platforms.

Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Refund Processing: Handle return requests and process refunds according to company policies.

Communicate with customers regarding the status of their returns and refunds.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies, shipment delays, and product concerns.

Work towards a resolution that aligns with company policies and customer expectations.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Update customer profiles and order information in Shopify as needed.

Feedback Management: Gather and report customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products and services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and the director to ensure seamless customer service operations.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Innovation and Market Expansion: Actively seek and identify new market opportunities for our products.

Develop innovative strategies to expand our customer base and increase market reach.

Desirable Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
