Allsop’s National Investment Team, based near Bond Street, is recruiting an office-based executive assistant with marketing experience to deliver a wide range of general office duties as well as assistance to a team of surveyors.
You must be able to prioritise effectively, work to tight deadlines and operate within a fast paced, upbeat, successful, and sociable team. You will be playing a key role supporting the continued success of this market leading team.
This is an office-based role, with some flexibility to work from home on an ad-hoc basis when needed.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN CAPABILITIES
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organisational skills, a willingness to learn and a sense of humour. You will ideally have some marketing experience and an interest in this area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail as you will regularly need to produce carefully prepared and accurate work for client communication. You will have demonstrated MS office knowledge, being comfortable with excel, power point and word. You’ll be working within a close-knit small team, so being a team player who is willing to get stuck in is essential for success in this role.

This role will be based in our West End office.
PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
Salary £35,000+ dependant on experience, plus discretionary departmental / commission bonus.
