Executive Assistant in Glasgow

Alexander Steele Recruitment is working with an award winning financial consultancy based in Glasgow with the recruitment of an Executive Assistant on a part-time basis.

They work with a wide range of companies in medicine, engineering, construction and more to assist them with financial needs.

On offer:

Salary is £28,000 - £32,000 pro rata.

Working Monday, Wednesday and Friday

9am – 5pm (24 hours per week)

Hybrid working

The role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working closely with them on a mix of company and personal matters as required.

• Providing administrative support to Managing Director
• Maintaining MD’s calendars, organising and scheduling meetings, and arranging video conferences where required
• Assisting on personal administrative tasks such as liaison with house maintenance suppliers
• Maintaining holiday records and absence management
• Communicate with wider team on organisational needs

The candidate:

Experience working in a similar EA role supporting an MD.

Financial Services background would be advantageous.

Be able to work independently, manage a busy workload and with a high degree of confidentially.

Organised, have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator with people at all levels.
