Executive Assistant in Blackpool

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Executive Assistant to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.

Executive Assistant salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

Executive Assistant hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Executive Assistant Roles and responsibilities:

• Management of diaries & communications for senior management / directors
• Conduct presentations to the board
• Prioritizing emails and phone calls
• Gathering of documents to prepare for meetings
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Organising and maintaining office systems
• Preparation of corporate documents
• Be a visual representation for the business / senior management

Executive Assistant Qualifications / Experience Required:

• Past experience of PA support to senior management / directors
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail focus
• Experience of dealing with financial aspects of a business
