Enterprise Architect - Application platforms and ERP TransformationA global FTSE listed in the Food & Beverage industry is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join the team. This is a 12 month contract, potentially extended, Outside IR35.Central London based with high flexibility working remotely.Key responsibilities:Build and design a 3-5 Year Business Capability and Technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives, business needs, and industry best practices.IT strategy and governance: define and prioritize the IT goals and initiatives that support the company's vision, mission, and values, and align the IT organization, processes, and resources with the business strategy and stakeholder expectations.IT architecture and design: develop and maintain a coherent and consistent IT architecture that enables integration, interoperability, and scalability of the IT systems and applications, and design and optimize the IT infrastructure and platforms that support the business operations and innovation.Business capability and target maturity model: define, develop a business capability & maturity matrix to guide and inform the transformation, mapped to the technology landscape, leveraging LeanIX toolsCase for Change: build a case for change on a like for like baseline with optional new value opportunities, to address hotspots (i.e. aged SAP ECC & BW and Hyperion platforms) and develop the investment case for executive management consumption and decision. Business and IT transformation and migration: build a plan to execute a successful large-scale business & IT transformation and migration project including a core ERP refresh and deployment approach that delivers the desired outcomes and benefits, and how to manage the risks, issues, and challenges that may arise during the transition.IT operations and maintenance: ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the IT systems and applications, and provide the necessary support, maintenance, and enhancement services to the IT users and customers.IT security and compliance: build a plan to protect the IT assets and data from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure, and how to comply with the relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies that govern the IT environment.Skills and experience required:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a strong background in ERP analysis (SAP).Proven experience building strategic roadmaps In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and SAP SRM.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in leading and managing IT projects, including system migrations and implementations.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in enterprise architecture and ERP analysis.Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, SAP Certified Technology Associate, or LEAN IX certifications, are a plus.Expertise in LEAN IX and its application in managing and visualizing IT landscapes - highly desirable Contace Evelina Abolina - London Office--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
