English Teacher in Great Marton

ENGLISH TEACHER BLACKPOOLFULL TIME, SEPT - JAN£130 – £211 PER DAYVida Education are currently working with a large Catholic secondary school on the Fylde Coast who are recruiting an English Teacher for a long term cover role starting in September 2024The school was last graded as 'good' by Ofsted where leaders set high expectations of their pupils. The role is on a full time basis and will initially cover the first term, Sept - Jan although this could extend beyond. As an English Teacher you take on the full time responsibilities of the class teacher, planning, marking and teaching both KS3 & KS4 classes as well attend meetings, if required. As an English Teacher you will be required to;Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the UK CurriculumFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentBuild strong relationships with students, parents, and colleaguesAs an English Teacher you will need to;Have strong knowledge and understanding of the English curriculumHave excellent classroom management skillsHave a minimum of 1 year experience teaching English up to KS4Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)If you are a passionate and dedicated English Teacher who thrives in a challenging yet rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
