TeacherActive are excited to be working with a variety of secondary schools in the Exeter area.

The Senior Leadership Team are looking for an English Teacher to join them on a long term, full time basis.

You will need to have a secure knowledge of the subject and curriculum area, fostering pupils’ interest.

The successful English Teacher will need to:Hold QTS with an English specialism (Early Careers Teachers / ECT are also encouraged to apply)Have experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (experience teaching at KS5 advantageous)Build relationships rooted in mutual respectHave high expectations of behaviour, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairlyTeacherActive will provide you with a dedicated consultant, to support you in this role and any further opportunities within your career.
